Fancy Cupcakes

Saturday January 21st, 2012
10am-11am
$60.00 per person

This class will teach you how to take cupcakes beyond basic swirls and sprinkles. Filled cupcakes, sports themes and flowers will be among the topics covered. Participants will take home the cupcakes they decorate.

Mommy and me

Saturday January 21st, 2012
12pm-1pm
$65.00 per pair (1 adult, 1 child)

This class is aimed at parents with young children. Mother (or Father) and child will have fun using brightly colored icing and sprinkles to create a sweet masterpiece. Each duo will be able to take home their cake.

Cakes 101: Buttercream

This class covers basic cake decorating techniques. Participants with learn to fill and ice a 2 layer cake. They will also learn basic decorating skills such as borders, simple flowers, and writing. All participants will take home the cake they decorate.

Cakes 102: Fondant

Saturday February 4th, 2012
10am-12pm
$110.00 per person

This class is aimed for those that have already learned basic buttercream techniques. Participants will learn how to cover a cake with fondant and how to make simple fondant decorations such as ropes, bows, swags, and flowers. Participants will take home the cakes they have decorated.

Easter Lamb Cakes

For those looking to make the perfect centerpiece for their Easter table. Each participant will decorate a cake in the shape of a 3 dimensional lamb. They will learn how to give it fluffy looking coats and sit it in a patch of "grass."

Flower Cupcakes

Just in time for spring flowers. Learn how to turn a dozen cupcakes into a bouquet of flowers. Each participant will take their creations home with them.
