We are sad to announce that with the closing
of our retail location in Bethesda we will no longer be
able to offer Summer Camps or Baking Classes
It has been a wonderful opportunity to serve
our customers in Bethesda, and the DC area as OUR COMMUNITY
bakery, along with its littlest customers, have grown since
our opening in 2003. We will always remember the many happy
faces of our friends that have enjoyed our tasty offerings,
birthday parties, cooking classes and summer camps. And
of course, the wonderful chefs and interns we have trained
to make it happen.

All Classes are Monday- Thursday and are age appropriate
to the subject matter and children. Please arrive 10 minutes before
the start of camp each day as we will be starting class on time.

already
so please choose another course or ask about getting added to
a wait list.
**All campers must have a signed registration packet**

June 18-21, 2012 American Cuisine
Morning Class: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-11
Afternoon Class: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 12 and up
Explore classics from across the country. Try your hand at Southern
biscuits, Midwest BBQ, and Southwestern tacos among other delights.

25-28, 2012 Just Cakes I
Morning Class: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-11
Afternoon Class: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 12 and up
During this week of camp learn about basic baking and pastry techniques.
Topics will include cookies, cupcakes, muffins and breads and,
of course, cakes.
July 9-12, 2012 Asian Cuisine
Morning Class: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-11
Afternoon Class: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 12 and up
This culinary adventure will take you to different countries of
Asia such as China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and India.
July 16-19, 2012 Baking and
Pastry
(please note that this week was previously
scheduled to be Spanish cuisine)

This week continues our exploration of baking and pastries. In
addition to cakes and cookies, we will discover pies, tarts, yeasted
bread, and mousses.
July 30 - August 2, 2012 Italian Cuisine
Morning Class: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-11
Afternoon Class: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 12 and up
Pasta and so much more! Learn to make Italian classics such as
risotto, polenta, pizza and ravioli.
August 6-9, 2012 Mexican/ Central
American Cuisine
Morning Class: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-11
Afternoon Class: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 12 and up
Visit Mexico and her neighbors while learning the delights of
homemade tortillas, tamales, salsa and more!
August 13-16, 2012 French Cuisine
Morning Class: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-11
Afternoon Class: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 12 and up
Take a culinary tour through France and learn about quiche, chicken
cordon-bleu, baguettes and more.
August 20-23, 2012 Just Cakes
III

Afternoon Class: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 12 and up
Delve further into baking and pastries as we explore more cookies,
tarts, tortes, pies and pastries.
Each course is $355.00
* $100.00 non refundable deposit is due at registration*
***Each class is strictly limited to 10 campers***
