All Classes are Monday- Thursday and are age appropriate to the subject matter and children. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of camp each day as we will be starting class on time.

June 14-17, 2010 Asian Cuisine
Morning Class: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-12
Afternoon Class: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 13 and up
From pad Thai to fried rice to Filipino lumpia, and chicken adobo. This week we will explore Asia and its exotic cuisines. Don't forget to bring your chopsticks!!!!

June 21-24, 2010 American Cuisine
Morning Class: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-12
Afternoon Class: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 13 and up
Nothing says red, white, and blue like cheddar bacon hamburgers, chicken pot pie, chocolate shakes, and apple pies. This week we will be focusing on classic American foods.

June 28- July 1, 2010 Just Cakes I
Morning Class*: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-12 *CLASS IS FULL
Afternoon Class*: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 13 and up*CLASS IS FULL
Working with our pastry chefs, your children will learn to prepare a wide variety of both desserts and the presentation of them. Projects will include cake baking and decoration, cupcake decoration, brownies, and cookie making. Lunch will be provided and plenty of goodies to share at home.

July 5-8, 2010 Mediterranean Cuisine
Morning Class: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-12
Afternoon Class: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 13 and up
Do you like hummus? Falafel? Tabouleh? Pita Bread? Greek Salads? Throughout Mediterranean week we will be exploring these unique and exotic foods.

July 12-15, 2010 Mexican Cuisine
Morning Class: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-12
Afternoon Class*: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 13 and up*CLASS IS FULL
Hay mucho bueno comida esta semana! This week we will take a gourmet look at Latin foods. Learn how to make quesadillas, tostones, empanadas, chimichangas, and homemade tortillas.

July 19-22, 2010 Just Cakes II

Afternoon Class*: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 13 and up *CLASS IS FULL
Our pastry chefs offer a more in-depth look at desserts and their presentation. You all will experiment with mousses, cream puffs, éclairs, cake décor, and other intricate favorites.

July 26-29, 2010 Italian Cuisine
Morning Class*: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-12*CLASS IS FULL
Afternoon Class*: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 13 and up*CLASS IS FULL
No one puts more love in their food than Italians do! This week we will feast on pizza, manicotti, bruschetta, and of course the classic spaghetti and meatballs.

August 2-5, 2010 French Cuisine
Morning Class*: 9:30-12:30pm Ages: 7-12 *CLASS IS FULL
Afternoon Class*: 2:00-5:00pm Ages 13 and up*CLASS IS FULL
Bienvenue à la cuisine française! Learn how to make crepes for any meal of the day, onion soup, quiche, croquet-monsieur, and French bread. Yummy!

August 9-12, 2010 Just Cakes III
